Confidential Therapy

To Enhance:

  • your joy in relationships

  • your ability to relieve stress and anxiety

  • your skills for managing conflict

  • your resolution of grief and loss

    Welcome to my website.

There's a strong chance you are here because you're seeking something important. You may be considering psychotherapy; to improve your relationships, to work out painful emotions, to manage anxiety, understand the impact of stress and trauma  in your life or many other personal reasons.  Whatever reason is drawing you to psychotherapy its important to choose a therapist that you can work well with.

Look for a Psychotherapist who is licensed in their field. Its important that you should feel a connection. The best predictor of successful therapy is a good connection between the client and the Therapist.

I invite you to look around my website. If you're interested in working together or have questions you can reach me by phone or email. 847-421-6152, maryjkrueger@gmail.com

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

My Style

For almost 30 years I have collaborated with clients as they have engaged in the deeply challenging work of psychotherapy. My style is honest, caring, and straight-forward.

My approach is a partnership that combines psychodynamic, systems, existential and cognitive orientation. I  understand the mind-body connection and the impact of unexpressed emotions on neural pathway development.

My belief is that each of us has what we need inside of us, we just may have some difficulty recognizing it and embracing it.
