Each session is scheduled by appointment.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes.

Couple and Family session will occasionally be longer than an hour.

Groups are 90 minutes.

​

• Bring your insurance card to the first session.

• You will be ask to complete simple paper during the first session.

• Payment is expected at each session. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice needs to be given for any cancelled appointments. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for a missed session fee that is not reimbursable by your insurance.
